Yes, absolutely! We cherish the joy of sharing these precious moments with your loved ones. However, to ensure a serene and relaxing experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that the group be limited and intimate. Please be mindful that too many guests might over-stimulate the baby and affect their comfort during the session. If you have a larger gathering or wish to celebrate a special occasion, we offer private room tailored to create unforgettable memories. For group bookings, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll be delighted to assist you in making your experience truly extraordinary.

For the safety and well-being of the baby, we require them to be accompanied by either the mother or a designated caregiver during all sessions. We value the importance of bonding and personalized care to create the best experience for your little one. Unfortunately, due to local regulations, we can only accept women into the Spa.

We allow up to 45 minutes for a single session. Which includes hydrotherapy and massage. Based on their sensory threshold your baby can do 10-15 minutes in the water for their first session. With regular attendance, we can see that gradually increase up to 30 minutes. Your babies massage duration is dependent on many factors. We will read your babies cues and adapt the duration accordingly. If your baby becomes unsettled, you are welcome to cuddle and give them a feed in between the hydrotherapy and massage.

Baby Hydrotherapy and Baby Massage

A full session lasts up to 60 minutes, including 10 to 20 minutes of hydrotherapy tailored to your baby’s comfort and 20 minutes for the nurturing massage. As your baby gets familiar with the experience, they may enjoy longer sessions in the water over time.

Please remember to bring your baby essentials, such as diapers, feeding bottles, and any additional items your baby may need, like a change of clothes. Don’t forget their favourite toy for added comfort and familiarity.

For the best experience, it’s ideal if your baby is not hungry or tired during the session. We recommend feeding your baby before the session, so they feel content and comfortable. Additionally, after the session, your baby may feel relaxed and may need some rest and a little extra nourishment

As much as you want! Some mothers prefer twice a week, but once a week is also beneficial. We recommend that to gain the full benefit of hydrotherapy and massage, attending at least once a week is ideal. Consistency allows your baby to build tolerance and enjoy the water and massage sessions to the fullest.

We recommend you start baby massage sessions once your little one is at least a few weeks old and their umbilical cord stump has healed, typically around 1 month. However, it’s always best to consult with your paediatrician before starting any new activities with your baby. Our sessions cater to babies aged 1 month to 16 months, offering tailored experiences as they grow and develop.

Absolutely. We take utmost care in using baby-friendly products that are gentle on sensitive skin and free from harmful chemicals. However, if your baby has specific allergies or sensitivities, please inform us beforehand so we can accommodate their needs.

Prenatal Massage

A prenatal massage session lasts around 60 minutes.

Prenatal massage is generally safe and beneficial up to 7 months of pregnancy. However, it’s always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before receiving any new treatments or therapies.

Our therapists are trained in various techniques and positions to ensure your comfort and safety during the prenatal massage. You will be positioned in a way that supports your body and relieves pressure on your abdomen and back.

Pregnancy massage offers a unique experience tailored to the special needs of expectant mothers. Unlike a regular massage, pregnancy massage considers the safety and well-being of both the mother and the baby as a top priority. Our skilled therapists will use special positioning techniques to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the session. They will also adjust their strokes and techniques to cater to the changes in your body during pregnancy. Each massage is thoughtfully customized to address your specific requirements, providing you with a soothing and rejuvenating experience that celebrates this beautiful journey of motherhood.

Is there any situation in which pregnancy massage may not be recommended? There are certain circumstances when massage during pregnancy may not be advisable. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or any specific medical conditions, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare practitioner before starting any new therapies, including massage. Your health and safety are our top priorities, and we want to ensure that any treatments we provide are suitable and beneficial for you and your baby. Feel free to discuss your individual health needs with us, and we’ll be more than happy to work with you and your healthcare provider to create a personalized and safe massage experience.

Postnatal Massage

A postnatal massage session typically lasts around 60 minutes.

You can start postnatal massage as soon as you feel comfortable and have received clearance from your healthcare provider. For mothers who had a C-section, it is typically recommended to wait until after one month, while for those with a normal delivery, it’s usually safe to begin after one week. To reap the most benefits, we suggest having postnatal massage within the first 12 weeks. However, we always recommend consulting with your doctor before starting any new therapy.

Postnatal massage is tailored to accommodate your specific postpartum stage and the type of birth you experienced. The positioning during the massage is adjusted to ensure your comfort and safety. Most positions are considered safe after delivery, but we make necessary adjustments to provide you with the best experience possible.
